A Coming Together For AA & Al-Anon Women!

Includes:
Two nights of lodging, delicious meals, & an abundance of snacks from our committee and attendees.

Check-In & Important Times:
Friday, September 19th
3:00-5:45: Registration/check-in opens in the dining hall
6:00-6:45: Dinner in the dining hall
7:00-8:45: Retreat begins. Welcome, candle lighting, guidelines, and speaker.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm come to the front table in the dining hall and we will check you in after the speaker concludes.
Things you may wish to bring: Your own pillow, blanket, umbrella, AA and Al-Anon books, flashlight, water bottle/cup, personal snacks, and warm clothes and lawn chair.

All registration is online and by mail. Please email wtwsr.idyllwild@gmail.com if you wish to submit registration payment via postal mail.
ROOMMATES: Requests will be honored only when received at time of registration.
Hills and stairs: If hills and a flight of stairs is a challenge for you, please let us know at the time of registration. We will assign you to a (limited availability) ground-floor room.
CANCELLATIONS: There are no refunds. If you cannot attend, contact us and we may be able to transfer your registration and/or you can find someone to take your place at the retreat. You will need to contact the registration committee chair via email at wtwsr.idyllwild@gmail.com to transfer your registration.
CHILDREN & PETS: Not permitted. Registrants must be 18 years or older.
MEDICAL ATTENTION: NOT readily available.
